Director's Guarantee
You will receive a quality vehicle less than 3 years old from the United fleet or 3 to 5 years old from the Alpha fleet, your reservation request will be answered within 24 hours every day but Christmas Day, and you will be provided with friendly, personal service throughout your hire.
Vehicle Availability
United Vehicle Rentals shall make every effort to provide the vehicle requested, but where a vehicle is unavailable for any reason they reserve the right to provide a comparably high standard vehicle at no extra cost to you. While including the same facilities, vehicle layouts may vary slightly to those shown due to manufacturer's design changes.
