Minimum Hire Period For all rentals there is a minimum hire period of 7 days, except for all pick ups on or between the 20th of December and the 2nd of January when the minimum hire period will be 14 days. For one way hires between Christchurch and Auckland or vice versa the minimum hire period is 14 days.
